XMind is already good, but here are a few of the features of the 2012:

Free Version is Great: The free version still kicks butt. It’s not a trial. It’s actually free. 85% of you reading this will find the free version is perfect. The Pro Version obviously adds some sweet things, but try the free version first.

Cut and Past work normal: Before you had to cut from the bottom up to make sure things came out in the right order. Now it works fine. More of a minor nuisance than anything, but it’s a big plus for me.

Revisions: It’s insurance against anything going wrong. You probably wont’ use it much, but when you do, It’ll be important.

New Pricing structure. Now you can buy the software outright, instead of paying a yearly fee. That works much better for me, and makes it easier to recommend the Pro Version of the software.
