Mind Mapping Examples and Explainations
http://www.collegestudentbootcamp.com

Mind mapping is a simple method to take notes, remember ideas, and organize thoughts. It is very natural and non-linear. This was a method invented by Tony Buzan and has helped me time and time again to study for tests, study for quizzes, and with writing assignments.

Mind mapping is easy to do. Start with a main idea in the center of a page. Then, draw lines out from that center circle in all directions. Write sub topics to the main idea on these lines. If needed, draw more lines out from those subtopics as needed to give more details.

You can also use colors, pictures, and arrows to connect ideas, involve your whole mind, and remember more easily.
